There is however a trade off to this. With renting out your place for cheaper than it’s worth you are going to lose some of your rental income. If this is critical to your livelihood, this method may not be for you. However if you are wealthy and just looking to maximize logistics and have access to hot girls with minimal effort this Airbnb tactic is perfect.
